Year of Establishment :- 1972

The Department of Sanskrit was established along with establishment of the college in the year 1961. Mrs. DrJyoti Naik was the first teacher of this department. Under her guidance 3 students have been awarded Ph.D. The Department has inherited a very rich academic tradition.
